What Happens When?


Year 9

Pupils are invited to ACE days within their school.

Year 10
As a school group pupils are invited to visit a local university.

Year 11
After GCSEs many students have the opportunities to attend university for a taster week.

Year 12
Students research courses and places to study that suit their interest and abilities. The Coursefinder questionnaire helps in this. Students are encouraged to visit universities on Open Days. Personal statements are prepared.

Year 13

Personal statements are completed and UCAS applications filled in. The choices of course and university are made.
